Recipe no. 7: Cube Steak and Gravy

• Salt and pepper

• Cube steaks, 2 lbs

• Onion gravy mix, 1 package

• Water, 2 cups

• Cream of mushroom soup, 1 can

• Flour

Directions:

Drizzle with salt and pepper the steak then add layer of flour over it. Fry steak in the crackpot until brown. Pour gravy mix, water and soup. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
